The Joint Technical Secretariat offers support for project planning and application preparation. Private face-to-face 1-hour consultation times can be booked for all JTS locations. The appointments are booked by contacting the respective JTS location corresponding to the (Sub-)programme the project will apply for. In case you are not yet sure of which Programme to apply for you can either call the JTS to discuss the matter or book the time at the main office.

Before the consultation the project is asked to provide the JTS a project plan. This is best done by filling in the Project Idea Form online at the latest on the Monday preceeding the consultation (2 days before). Also any major questions submitted to the JTS before the consultation will favor the best outcome of the meeting. As all JTS colleagues are to have equal access to the project ideas to guarantee an efficient flow of information, please always fill the form in English.

NB! If your project plan involves investments, please use the Project Idea Form for investment projects. That can be downloaded below and sent to the JTS as an e-mail attachment.
