It is time to announce the Bouncing Float Award 2011 contest open! This year's theme is related to communication. The theme is:

"FUNCTIONAL AND INNOVATIVE PROJECT WEBSITES".

All projects funded by the Central Baltic INTERREG IV A Programme 2007-2013 that have their own website are included in the contest. Naturally also projects that are already finalised can participate. The winner will be announced at the Tools for project implementation seminar for Priority 3 projects (Attractive and Dynamic Societies) in Stockholm on November 24, 2011.

The websites are in today's world often regarded as "must-have" objects and most projects also have an own website. However, there are several ways to use a website as an information and communication tool. It is important to have a well structured, easy-to-use website where a visitor can conveniently find the information he or she is looking for. Important aspects in this perspective are the visibility/reachability of the site, quality and organisation of the up-to-date content on the pages as well as the visual attractiveness.
