Central Baltic consultation day in Tallinn, 8 September

The Central Baltic Programme will organise a consultation day for 5th call applicants in Tallinn on 8 September, 2010. In case you are interested to come for a consultation in Tallinn, please contact Programme Manager Bo Storrank and submit the online Project Idea Form by September 1, 2010.

If the date and location do not suite you, remember that staff of the Joint Technical Secretariat working with the Central Baltic Programme are available on a daily basis in Riga, Stockholm and Turku. Anyone interested is always welcome to contact JTS by phone or e-mail for information and/or to book a consultation meeting in these locations.

5th call applicants: Project development seminars coming up - registration open!

The Joint Technical Secretariat organises Project development seminars for those applying for project funding in the 5th call for applications (call open November 1-30, 2010). The seminars will provide assistance in filling in the Application form and will take place in all participating countries according to the following schedule.

 

Helsinki: Tuesday September 7, 2010 (register here)
Riga: Tuesday September 7, 2010 (register here)
Stockholm: Thursday September 9, 2010 (register here)
Tallinn: Thursday September 9, 2010 (register here)

 

The JTS warmly recommends taking part in one of the one-day seminars to get the final guidance before submitting the application. 

 

Last day for registrations will be August 31, 2010.

 
Looking for partners for your project?

In case you are looking for partners for your project, one option to find them is by taking part in the Project Idea Café organised at the BSSSC Annual Conference in Tallinn, Estonia on 12-14 October 2010. You can find more information about the Conference "Qualifying the Region for the Future - Implementing the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region" at the website www.bsssc.eu.

The Project Idea Café will offer the forum for those who want to present and discuss their project ideas, look for partners and want to learn more about the funding programmes, including the Central Baltic INTERREG IV A Programme 2007-2013, in the Baltic Sea Region. The Café will take place on 13 October 2010.

You are more than welcome to present your project idea to the participants of the Café. Please fill in a project idea form available on the conference website and send it to the Baltic Sea Region Programme secretariat at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  by 8 October 2010. All submitted project ideas will additionally be displayed at the exhibition.

If you want to participate in the Project Idea Café and the BSSSC conference, please register at the conference website. At www.bsssc.eu you will also find more details on the Café.

 

NB! Another way to search for potential partners is to post your project idea on this website of the Central Baltic INTERREG IV A Programme 2007-2013 here. Note, however, that the ideas submitted this way will not be submitted to the Café at the BSSSC conference.

 
The deadline past for applications / Conference assistant

The last day for submitting applications for the position of the Confernce assistant at the Joint Technical Secretariat Info Point Riga was on July 4, 2010. Altogether 8 applications were received by the due date and are currently being processed.

The JTS is looking for a part-time assistant to work for 2 months at Info Point Riga assisting the Info Point manager in tasks related to the organisation of the annual Showcase Conference.

JTS SUMMER OPENING TIMES
