The Managing Authority has published a Guidance note concerning a complementary obligation on de minimis rule mainly targeted to key stakeholders (e.g. private enterprises) which may receive benefit from the project and/or to whom the subsidy is channeled via the project activities (e.g. training, marketing, new product development etc.).
