The MA has given out a Guidance Note on the Finnish state co-financing ("toimintamenomääräraha") for the 4th call.
The Guidance Note refers to the Programme Manual (Version 4.0), Chapter "4.2.3. Planning national co-financing", page 31 (Finland).
