The FLC Manual has been updated to version 4.4. The manual provides necessary guidelines and instructions on the overall FLC and reporting procedure on the Programme level for the national first level controllers.
The manual can be found under the section Documents - First Level Control (for FLC use only!) on our website. |

MA guidance note on de minimis rule updated |

The Managing Authority has updated its Guidance note on the De Minimis rule. The guidance refers to a template that should be filled in if a project channels aid to private companies (who participate in trainings etc). The template can be found under the section Documents - Forms and templates on our website.

The update concerns solely the ERDF co-financing (%) rate issue on pages 5 (§2) and 9 (§5) in the Subsidy Contract.
In the Partnership Agreement the update is on page 5 (§3).

Communication guide for the projects updated |

The Communication guide for projects has been updated to version 3.0. The changes consist mainly of further definitions on how to write the project Communication plan. Some re-organising of the content has also taken place. The requirements as such have not changed. All project partners are urged to read the guide carefully.
