The 2nd Communication seminar on October 22, 2009 in Riga, Latvia will gather the newly approved 2nd call approved projects as well as the already running 1st call projects to discuss and be trained on the publicity and communication issues. The seminar is aimed at the partners responsible for the publicity and communication of the projects. The seminar participation is strongly recommended for both 1st and 2nd call projects but even more so for the newly approved ones as guidance on creating and implementing the required Communication Plan will be provided for them.
