The seminar is targeted at projects that are going to submit their application for the 3rd call. The seminar will provide assistance in filling in the Application form.

NOTE! The Project development seminars consist of two different seminar days of which the participants can select either just one or both. The two alternatives are the training, where the application form is gone through in detail with the possibility for the participants to ask questions, and the workshop, which consists of different practical exercises on how to fill in the application form.

  APPLICATION AND SELECTION PROCESS – WHAT TO PAY ATTENTION TO?
  THE APPLICATION FORM STEP BY STEP
 

Application: (Sub-)programmes, priorities and directions of support; How to describe the origin, objectives, chosen methods and expected results of the project? Cross-border relevance and relation to other INTERREG programmes; Communication and Publicity; Sustainability; Project Management
Annex 1 (PARTNER INFORMATION):   Who are eligible project partners? How large should the partnership be? Who is the Lead Partner and what does it mean? What are the responsibilities of the project partners?
Annex 2 (WORK PACKAGES): Project content planning according to work packages
Annexes 3+6 (BUDGET and PARTNER BUDGETS): What do we want to do and what does it cost? What is the right budget size? What goes under which budget line? What kind of costs is eligible and which are non-eligible? How much ERDF co-financing can we get? How much is our own co-financing and what can it consist of?
Annex 4 (INDICATORS): How should project outputs, results and targets be defined and measured?
Annex 5 (IMPROVEMENTS) 
Mandatory (other) annexes: what do we need to annex to the Application Form?
