First call approved projects got together in Helsinki (February 10-11)

The first approved projects gathered in Helsinki on Tuesday-Wednesday to meet up and to receive information and guidance on the project implementation. Tuesday formed the first Lead Partner Seminar of the Programme and Wednesday was designated for communication aspects with the partners responsible for project communication.
The second call for project applicatons in the Central Baltic INTERREG IV A Programme 2007-2013 is getting closer. New applications will be awaited at the Joint Technical Secretariat from March 9 until April 15, 2009. Anyone interested in applying for funding from the Programme is requested to be in touch with the Secretariat at an early phase of the project preparation, not forgetting being in touch with the potential co-financers as soon as possible.
19 projects foreseen to be funded by altogether 14 million euros! The first call for project applications of the Central Baltic INTERREG IV A Programme 2007-2013 was open from June 18 to September 18, 2008 and brought to life altogether 50 interesting cross-border cooperation project applications. At the Programmes’ recent three Steering Committee meetings in December 8-16, the first funding decisions were made and 19 projects will receive a positive reply from the Programme.
