The Programme Document defines in detail the structure and functions of the Central Baltic INTERREG IV A Programme 2007-2013. The document was approved by the European Commission on December 21, 2007 and revised in June 2011.

The Project Applicant's Programme Manual version 3.0 is to be used by the applicants of the third call for proposals.
