SMARTCOMP roundtable on the future of maritime clusters coming up

The project SMARTCOMP organizes a policy development roundtable on 22 May in Turku, Finland.

The aim of the roundtable is to strengthen the collaboration among triple helix actors and stimulate discussion regarding co-operation prospects, developments and business opportunities between the Central Baltic Sea region countries and Russia.
